The Ski & Board show

Thursday 27th October to Sunday 30th October 2016

The Ski & Board Show begins tomorrow, Thursday 27th October, and runs through to Sunday 30th October. Some of the friendly experts from skiNorway will be there, along with a whole host of other skiing and snowboarding stands and activities. Whether you’re new to skiing or a veteran, the Ski & Board Show is a fun and informative place to visit this weekend.

The Ski & Board Show is an Alpine festival in the heart of London, celebrating all things winter. As well as loads of information on skiing holidays there is also lots to do and see. Check out the latest gear and enter competitions to win everything from ski gear to holidays (we guarantee that skiNorway won’t be the only ones with competitions running). There will also be an ice rink there (though we will reserve comment on the sponsors of that particular stand…), as well as ski jumping from pro skiers, a comedy festival, live bands and DJ’s and the exclusive launch of the Eis Haus (or Ice House to those of us who don’t speak German) a sub-zero bar in the heart of London. All in all it’s got the making of a fun day out whether you’re looking for somewhere to take the family or fancy getting some inspiration for your next skiing holiday before hitting the coolest (not even figuratively) bar in London.

Of course, we’re there for a reason (although being next to the Norway bar might help), and that is to help you discover why skiing in Norway, and Scandinavia as a whole, is right for you. Whoever you are and whatever type of skiing you’re after we think that we have a skiing holiday to suit you. So do drop by and say hello (and let the guys on the stand know how much you like the Facebook content – I won’t be there sadly). And if learning about how awesome skiing in Norway can be isn’t quite enough then don’t fear, we have an exclusive Ski & Board show competition running all weekend.

Yep, you read that right. We’ve teamed up with the awesome Sweat Protection to give you the chance to win one of their Mother Goose Jackets. Born and bred in Trysil, our most popular Norwegian ski resort, Sweat Protection are all about style and safety on the slopes. Details of the competition are exclusively available at the show, so come say hi for your chance to win.
